WHY DO I NEED A HOME STAGER?

A professional Home Stager has taken a Staging and Redesign course and is certified in getting your home Market Ready. They are experienced in project management, redesign of rooms for traffic flow and depersonalization of homes to help buyers envision your house as their home.

IS HOME STAGING EXPENSIVE?

Staging your home should run about 1% of the value of your home. If a house is selling for $200,000, you should look to spend about $2,000 on home staging. This is a small amount compared to a negotiated decreased selling price of 5-10% to get the home sold if not staged. Home Staging is the answer to getting a home sold faster and for more money. Many homes can become market ready just by taking care of small repairs, decluttering, depersonalizing and redesign at a much lower cost.

I’M CONCERNED WITH COVID-19, CAN I GET A CONSULTATION OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, either by using FaceTime or sending photos for us to review—we can give you a detailed home staging report to get you going on staging your home on your own! We also follow all CDC requirements if we come in person. We will wear gloves, booties and a mask to make sure we protect you and your family.

HOW LONG DOES it take to get A HOME MARKET READY?

It all depends on what needs to be done. Soft Staging includes decluttering, accessorizing and redesign of the main kitchen and living areas could take 3-4 hours. Full Staging of an empty house could take up to a few days.
