Step 2: meeting & Consultation
We can either meet together virtually, or at your home, to review how to get your home ready to be put on the market.
Step 3: Market Ready Report
24-hours later, a market ready report is sent to you. This report will include key areas that need to be addressed such a repairs to some areas, decluttering and redesign of rooms that will make the home stand out. It will take in to account your budget and your timeline in being able to get the tasks done. We will also have a list of referrals to help in getting the projects done.
Step 4: Project Timeline
If you need help in Soft Staging or Full Staging, decluttering, organizing and moving, we will get a timeline together, pricing package, and schedule a date on the calendar.
Step 5: Sold!
